Democratic primary voters on the move in New York CIty need to know right now that Raj Goyle and his Kansas Conservatism are wrong for New York.

When Raj Goyle was a legislator in Kansas, he voted with Republican extremists 80% of the time (Kansas Politics YouTube Channel, 9/21/12), earned an A rating from and was endorsed by the NRA (VoteSmart, Raj Goyle’s Ratings; 2008 NRA Politcal Victory Fund Endorsements - Kansas), voted against abortion rights (VoteSmart, HB 2006 2/19/07; VoteSmart, HB 2062, 4/25/07; VoteSmart, HB 2115, 3/30/10), gun control (VoteSmart, HB 2528, 3/21/07; VoteSmart, HB 2528, 4/26/07; VoteSmart, HB 2685, 3/24/10), and immigrants’ rights (VoteSmart, HB 2140, 2/21/07).

Additionally, he’s now facing a lawsuit from a former business partner that alleges he engaged in self-dealing, fiduciary breaches, and manipulation of corporate governance to enrich himself—and was responsible for a toxic workplace that was, “condescending and disrespectful to women.” (Times Union, 3/23/26; Jhaveri v. K1 Investment Management LLC, Edison Management Partners LLC, Raj Goyle, et al., Case No. 2024-0410, Court Of Chancery Of The State Of Delaware, Verified Complaint Filed 4/19/24)

Democratic Primary voters on the move in New York, and particularly down state, need to know that Multi-millionaire slumlord Drew Warshaw is on the side of wealthy corporations, not New Yorkers. Warshaw, who got his start as a political hack working for disgraced Governors Eliot Spitzer and Andrew Cuomo, and became CEO of a corporation that claims to create affordable housing but was really helping corporate landlords evict working-class people from their homes, particularly women and minorities.  (Times Union, 4/22/26; Enterprise Community Partners Press Release, 9/29/22; Shelterforce, 3/11/25; Manufactured Housing Action, Displacement, Inc., 5/21/21)
